Differences: 9833 has the V-Drive and 4 volt ouput wheras the 9853 has the standard 18 watt per channel amp and 2 volt outputs, but it has the new glide-touch feature. The 9853 also looks a bit better in my opinion.

Which would you reccomend buying?

How much difference does the V-Drive amp make?

26 watts rms vs 18 i havent used the 9833 but i can say im very impressed with the 9835

discard that .. apparently i cant read very well but the part about the v drive chip is correct 26 watts vs 18 i dont know about the features
