no more than 500$ in the 2 and 4 channel category most likely to power Boston Z6 6.5 comps to full rms....???? any input helpful...

For that price range, try Xtant's 4 channel amps. They will produce very clean power. Zapco, JL, PPI PC and PCX series are worth looking.
