Neither, what you need is a real amp. Try MTX or Audiobahn if money is tight. Zapco, Arc Audio, US Amps, Orion, PPI, JL, JBL if you have plenty of money.
4 channel amps are meant for powering components, not subs.
Look for amps with fast slew rate, high damping factor, high stereo separation, high SN Ratio, phase shift, and low THD. Orion HCCA G4 series have all of the above.
