0/1 gauge wire to battery hooked to a fused distrubution block splitting into two 4 gauge wires hooking up to 2 different amps.ground the amps seperatley.I dont know if this will work or not but i need to hook up two amps one for my sub and one for my mids/highs.And how would i run the remote wire to both amps? And would i need a single fuse hooked to the 0/1 gauge before i split it with the dist. block?

The setup will work. But put the distro block as close as you can to the amps and have the ground wire from each at least 1 foot apart. You won't need to fuse around the distro block unless you have lots of power going (over 2000 or so).

For the remote wire, just run it to one amp and then a wire from that amp to the other one. Remote turn-on's don't need much juice, so you can easily parallel the wire.
