It would work, but would be a big waste of money. That amp doesn't come close to powering 3 L7s. I'd suggest dropping the amp and one of the subs (you're too restricted on wiring). From the money you planned on spending, switch over to the dual-2ohm versions and find a Orion 2500D. They're some of the best amps out there and it'll give you tons of power. Also, drop the cap and buy a deep-cycle battery and high-output alternator. Caps are only necessary if you're electrical system cannot handle what your using.
