How to install a Capacitor i think i know how but asking frist installing it. on the Capacitor it have + - does the + of the Capacitor go to the + Battey the - Capacitor to - battery is this right?

You are right with the +. YOushould run a power wire from battery to cap. then to positive input on amp. Then ground the cap somewhere in vehicle{seat bolt,etc}

actually what u should do is run a wire from the battery to the distributor then one of the wires off the dis to the amp and one to the cap and then to the amp and ground both seperately or with another dis
