I have a knwood headunit with a front and rear set of preouts. I just brought a mtx sub and a audiobahn amp for the sub,but I want to add a audiobahn 2channel amp for a set of Infinity 6x9 speakers for my rear. My question is what would be the best way to hook up the two amps to my system.

You can get a rca splitter and use it for the rear and sub amp.

You can buy rca splitter from Walmart/BestBuy/CircuitCity or any stereo shop. It takes 2 rca jacks and turns it into 4. If one of your amps has "pass thru" rcas then use that. As for power, get a power distribution block. Makes it lot easier to connect multi amps to one power wire.
Yes you can share power, ground and remote wire.
