i am going to be buying a 12" vibe blackair sub (350w R.M.S 1400w peak) and already have set of 6x9's (800W peak not sure r.m.s.) was wondering if i could run them both off the same amp? if so how powerful an amp should i be looking for? would a 2 channel 2x500w be good enuf? or would it be better to get a mono amp for the sub and another for the 6x9's?

You're going to either want a 4 channel amp or two seperate amps.
With the 4 channel, you'll have one channel for each 6x9, then bridge the rear channels for your sub.

That sub will probably handle tops 300W if that and those speakers I'm guessing will handle 50W.

Are they vibe speakers too? That's a hell of a max for a set of 6x9s, 800W.
