I have 2 Punch HX2's and i upgraded the amp from a Sony Xplod 1000 Xm-2165gtx to a Audiobahn A8000T, so now i have an extra amp. so i wanna try to hook the sony amp up to my four speakers in my car they are Pioneer - 6-1/2" 4-Way Car Speakers 220 watt. i was wondering if this amp would work and what wattage i would get??

When you say 4 speakers, do you mean front and rear? That Sony amp is 2 channels. You will be able to power front or rear. If you try to power all 4, then you will lose the ability to fade front to rear on your HU.
If that's not a problem, then wire each pair in parallel for 2ohms load. According to Sony, it'll put out 220W x2 @ 2ohm load.
