I can pick up a Directed 750d for around $300. From what I've seen, this is a pretty decent deal on a pretty decent amp. Is this worth it?
I'm looking for something that is loud and clear. What would be a decent sub (1 12") to pair with this amp? This will be going into an F250 4-door. I'd be looking to stay around the 200-250 range

Why don't you try Zapco,PPI,RF,Kicker,JL,JBL,Audiobahn,MTX? Directed 750D for $300 is not great deal. There's nothing outstanding on the amp's spec.
As for a sub around $250 range, try eBay. If you're any good with tools, get the sub by itself and make the box yourself. It'll save you some money. The ones that come complete, aren't that great around $250 range.
