i just baught a audioban amp...a8000t i believe....well when i first hooked it up earlier it worked GREAT!!! it was a 4 ohms..and i wired my two 12's to 2ohms...now all i get from my subs is like high volume. they are moving back and fouth ALOT but no "thumping" is this my wireing job that is fuked up or is my amp settings bad somewhere?? i messed around with all of them but didnt really help..please help!!! |

whats your cross over set at. whats the gain set at. is ur box suitable for the subs |

Why don't you put it back to 4ohms and test it again? If that works, then it's not the amp problem. Make sure you have the pos to pos and neg to neg wiring done properly. If you accidently reverse one of them, then you won't get the thumping bass.

yeah im going to check all that now. thanks for the help. my cross over is set at 90 i believe...putting it all in the car now. will let u all know what was wrong with it
