I have an Orion HCCA225 amp and lately it seems one side is playing much louder than the other. Is the amp going out on one side? Any suggestions? |

I'll show you a better way to check. Reverse your rca cables (right to left and left to right). Now see if the other channel is louder. If not, then your amp is going. If it does, then your amp is fine. |

I have reversed the RCA and the same side is still louder. This amp has built in crossover settings (jumpers). Could this be causing any problems? |

If your amp has separate crossover settings for each channel, then check that out. Since reversing the rca didn't make any difference, the fault lies somewhere on your amp.
