im gonna buy a new amp but i need help about what amp is better sony xplod 1200 watts(500 watts rms) or rockford fosgate P3002 (400 watts rms)but i think is better rockford because is more expenssive and i have heard several rockford f amps and they hear very louda but sony say that its amp give 500 rms . is sony better |

i personally hate sony
so the rockford amp is much better quality |

Rockford shouldn't even be compared with Sony. The sony may say it is 500 watts but more than likely it isn't. If you compared a 500 watt rockford with a 500 watt sony, the rockford would out do the sony with no problum. |
