Thread: Which amp would be "perfect" ? |

I got two 12" alpine type-s 200 watts rms 4ohm svc which I bought off a friend for $100 bucks in a sealed box, now I'm trying to pick the perfect amp. I was initially going to get the alpine mrd-m301 which pushes 350 rms, and because of the fact that it's alpine. I also was looking at the kicker 400.1 which would push 400 rms. which one should I get, or which one would you guys prefer? Oh, and I listen to rap and reggae in a '97 prk ave. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks |

I would probably go for the Kicker it should be cheaper than the Alpine and it gives you the exact power you need just make sure that it gives you 400 RMS briged at 2 ohms. if not it won't give you the RMS power you need for the subs. |

Any other amp you would recomend? Just tryin to see what good options I have before I regret it later. |

MTX will also do you just fine. Ppl highly recommend JBL as well. |
