hey does anyone know about changing out a regular heating/cooling dash to a digital climate control one in a nissan maxima 93. i went to the junk yard to pick up some seat belts and saw a maxima with a digital one. could i just swap it out or would thier be wiring/other problems?

you need the entire heating system including the ECM unit that controls everything for vent motors, etc that the dash control module connects to.
you essentially need to change out the entire HVAC system

small engine.
just isn't going to heat up as fast as something bigger.
I've had little 4 and 6cyl engine cars and they never warm up very fast for heat when it's cold.
I have a few V8s and they get hot very quickly.
If it's anything wrong, it's just a worn heater core that can be replaced. Any garage should be able to handle that.
