the jbl 1200.1 pushes 1200 watts @ 2 ohms and @ 1 ohm. what would happen if i got 3 4 ohm subs and wired them in parallel? the load would be 1.33 ohms. how many watts would the amp push out? does the amp give 1200 watts between 1 and 2 ohms? or does it have some weird curve between the 2 integers?

1.33 ohms would still yield a 1200 watt output.
below 2 ohms, the output is regulated to 1200 watts to avoid damage to the amplifier.
