i disconected my subbox from my amp to do somework on the box...know i dont know how to hook up the sub/box to amplifier...i hooked it all back up like it disconected it but it is not working...the amp is a power acoustik 300 watt gothic series amp (2 channel...) and the sub is a mmats pro series 250rms...12 inch... |

did u connect the wires from the actual sub to the inner part of the box???? |

ya i put evrything back like it was and it doesnt work...only the sub isnt working the other amp is working and the amp powering the sub is getting power(the blue light on the amp turns on...meaning it is on...)i think the only problem is the wire going from the amp to the sub....what do u think?? |

the only think i could think of without saying you might of blew your subs is ..............check the HI-LOW Converter if you have one or the connection to the headunit becuz there might not be a signal coming to the subs........also take an OHM meter and check the sub by put the neg and pos on the sub and it should read around 4 ohms or how ever many ohms your subs are. let me know wat happens? |
