hi glasswolf. i know uve mentioned etronics.com frequently. i noticed its not an authorized retailer for some brands. does that mean if the product is defective when shipped then im just SOL?

nah. they still back whatever they sell. some companies are picky about if they'll cover products with the manufacturer warranty if it's purchased from anywhere but an auth'ed dealer.
other companies don't care.
