ah.
depends on the head unit.
aftermarket, look for a REM (remote) wire in the wiring harness diagram in the manual. if no REM exists, use the PWR ANT (power antenna) wire.
If this is a factory OEM radio, you need to use a switched ignition wire, and the amp will be on when the car keys are in the ignition.
