I was looking at this amp to power my 2 JL 12 W0's, and i was just wondering if this is a good quality amp. I'm pretty sure i am just gonna wire the subs 4 ohms (they're 8ohm subs), so each sub will get 150 watts RMS. Is this a good amp?

Wow i didnt even say what amp it was...sorry. It's the US Acoustics USC2150 amp. I was also wondering if the Power Acoustik Gothic OV2-1600 amp is good as well. Thanks in advance. Remember, they are 2 JL 12 W0's, which are like 155 watts RMS.
