you'd do fine with about 300 watts each so a 1200 watt amp (RMS) would do fine.

I previously had this amp, but it got fried!! http://shop.store.yahoo.com/discountsonline/peteic22am.html I really don't know what went wrong with it. Is this just not a good amp? What kind should i look for? |

the channels, load, etc will depend on the subs you buy and how their coils are set up. if you want to run 4 subs, you'll want each sub to be 2 ohms, or dual 4 ohm coils. this will allow you to wire everything together for a single 2 ohm load. then find an amp rated for 1200wRMS x 1 @ 2 ohms a few examples: JBL BP1200.1 Kicker SX1250.1 (I think.. may be @ 1 ohm for this one) JL Audio 1000/1 MTX Thunder1501D (I think that's the model) Orion 1200D really whatever fits your budget and has that power rating.

yeah. they are dual 4 ohm coils. you want the amp to deliver 1200 watts RMS x 1 @ 2 ohms
