i have a 16kv.2 15" sub with the ed nine.2, the amp cuts out before i can get it very loud. i mean, it gets loud, but it seems like it should get louder. Is the amp not powerful enough or what. I dont know what any of the settings like gain, etc. on the amp are, i had it set up at a local shop. any help would be appreciated

its possible that your car cant provide the power it needs to run at what it wants to run at so its just turning itself off to protect itself. Just a though, you may need an upgraded high output alternator and deep cycle battery
