I'm getting ready to install a 50x4 AMP to push 4 60RSM 6 1/2 speakers. First I'd like to know what wire gauge should I use to wire the speakers to the AMP? Second, I got my hand on the wiring information for my car, 04 Accord, but there is not AMP turn-on wire coming from the HU. Where else do I get a source for the 12v turn-on wire for the AMP. Thanks. |

I see that there is a (+) power antenna wire. MY car does not have a power antenna. Can this line be use to turn-on the AMP? |

Is it a stock HU? Most if not all Aftermarket Headunits have the Power antenna wire. |

That + Power Antenna can be used as the Remote Turnon for your AMP. It works just the same, and puts out 12V. |
