i am getting four 15" kicker L7 to put in my asto van and was planning on getting four mtx thunder 801D MONO amp but i was also looking into the 5 sided sony mono amp that i think has 900 watt rms these are a little cheaper i am open to suggestion for other amps that arent a lot of money

JBL BP1200.1 Mono amp. Pushes 1200+ watts at 1 and 2 ohm both. As long as you watch your gains it should work well with that subwoofer. Should run around $225 shipped off ebay for a used one.
