okay my amp reads 200x2 rms @ 4 ohm, but im just going to run this amp bridged. but it tells you not to run it at 2ohm bridged, and my sub can only be run at 8 or 2 ohm, seeing that it is a 4ohm dvc sub. So if the rms of the amp is 400 at 4ohm what will it be about at 8ohm?

You either need a 4 ohm SVC sub or you can wire one channel to each of the voice coils of your 4 ohm DVC sub. If you run it at 8 ohms it will likely not sound too good. I would get rid of the DVC sub and purchase a SVC sub. I think that is your best option.
