I have one HX2, and a 250x2 rockford amplifier..... I have it set on LP, but there is the frequency knob on the back.... It goes from 50hz-200hz what should I have that set on? I listen to mostly R&B and Rap..... thanks

Hey dman, for the frequency control, 50hz - 80hz will give you lower soft bass, wherelse 100hz - 200hz will give you harder bass that shakes your trunk more.
It all depends on the music. If your song contains lot of low drum beats, then set it to 80hz or loser. If however, your music contains lots of higher drumb/guitar sounds, then 100hz - 200hz will be good.
