If you have the money, try RF T10001BD. It is a great amp. Kicker also makes one, KX1200. However if they're over your budget, you can try Audiobahn A4125HCT/2300HCT. JBL 1200.1 also is a good amp, the only thing I didn't like is the lack of remote bass control for JBL.
If that's still over your budget, MTX6500D should be able to drive your subs. It's 500W rms @2ohms and 775W rms @14.4v.
