Get a line output converter and run RCAs from it to the amp. I highly sugest replacing the head unit. I have owened and worked on alot of chevy truck and the stock speakers sound alot better when hooked to an aftermarket deck. IMO, You will have better sound quality with an after market deck than you will with a factory deck and line output converters.
