i Was thinkin about buying 2 fosgate subs 15'DVC (Two 20hm coils) 500rms each But Then i found a 15' DVC (two 2 ohm coils) Fosgate sub 1000 watts rms Will The Single 1000rms sub sound the same as if there were two 500rms subs, I dont want to have a big box in my trunk But I f it will sound better with two what the heck. Does anyone know where i could get the jbl1200.1 other than ebay, cardomain dosent have them anymore. Also does anybody know a good website with ported boxes. Thanks for your help in advance.

if you want SPL, compare the two setups based on displacement.
that's done by combining total cone surface area, and excursion (Xmax) between the two.
The output will also depend on total power given to each setup.
