I am kind of new to car stereo systems so if some one could help me that would be great. I recently bought a pair of Rockford Fosgate subs in an encloser. Each of them are 500 watts RMS, with a 1000 watt peak. The subs are 8 ohm, and they can be bridged to be 4 ohms, I dont know what that means. Ouch. You shoulda got 4 ohm subs. There are a lot of good amps out there. Get one that is 2 ohm stable and not 1 ohm. That way you will reach closer to the potential of the amp. |

If you want to go with the same brand go with the p8002 or the p10002 |

Go with the p8002 it is 800 wattsx1 at 4 ohms so if you bridge it it will be 400 watts at 4 ohms. You can correct me if I am rong but I think that is right. I have the p8002 going to 2 rockford 10 hx2's got the amp at www.sonicelectronix.com for $380 |
