my original thread is in the archive for nov 14. I got my subs hooked up in my box. When the speakers play over 30, they seem like to much air is inside, and they blow out with horrible sound. Should I add some insulation inside? Any thoughts? Thanks, Jeff |

what do you mean? do the subs make a "huffing" sound? Is the box sealed or ported? what type of subs are these and what amp do you have? |

all of the info is in the original thread in the archive but here it is. the magnum mtx subs have an impedance of 4 ohm. They have a 125 watt rms and 250 watt total. dhd lcd 9444 1000watt amp max power@ 2 ohm : 250w x 4 =1000w box is sealed.
