I have a p2002 amp running two 10" Blue Devil Rampage 300w rms subs. I have p2 on layaway but i cant get the money right now. Anywayz, everytime I turn up the volume to about 30%, 35% up the amp turns off or the fuse blows and i have to replace it. It's cheap but very annoying and i can never listen to music above volume 16. Can anyone help me figure out why my amp keeps blowing fuses? Thank you in advance. |

It could be that you do not have a good ground connection. Check to see that all power wires are not shorted out, or have any tears or rips in them. Make sure the ground is to bare metal on the chassis. Chip the paint so that you are touching bare metal. Also check your rca cables and make sure you gain isnt up too high. |

Maybe your load on the amp is too much. How low of a load will your amp handle? Are your speakers wired correctly? If not just put a bigger fuse in there until it stops blowing or something catches on fire. Just kidding about the fuse. |
