Lol uhh i know this is a dumb question cause you gotta hook it up to see how it will be first but, im going to run two amps, one is 500 max (250 rms) and the other is 800 max (400)rms, Would this present a problem with my stock alternator?

That'll depend on your alternator, most range from 65A - 75A. So if you take that times 12V, it'll give you the total power. Of course this doesn't mean you'll get all of that cause you do have other electronic/electrical devices in the car.
