Ok, I have two Infinity 1230W subs, rated at 300Wrms each. I have an Audiobahn A8000T coming from ebay in a couple weeks, which is rated at 800Wrms x 1 @ 2ohms (200Wrms too much when i run my subs in parallel). Will I need a capacitor to ensure my alternator doesnt blow and my lights don't dim? I drive a Ford Probe GT. |

capacitors and alternators serve two totally different purposes. one will not replace the other. period.

only so many ways I can say it if folks won't read past threads on the same topics. sorry if it sounds abrasive. that's actually why I wrote the articles I refer everyone to. These save me a lot of repetition.
