What do you guys think about the Alpine MRV F540 4-channel amplifier for Infinity Perfects 6.1 & 5.1 comps? Also, how can I get the most power out of this amp using a standard 12V battery? I'm thinking about getting it.

Alpine makes good stuff PERIOD. The setup you described (as long as the watts match up) would prob sound PD good! I'm currently about to test drive some PPI DCX 650S's. Usually your openings in whatever car you have determine what size speaker you buy. I personally prefer 6 1/2's over 5 1/4's(lower bass response).
