I am getting 2 solobaric L5 12s. I am looking at a jbl bp 1200.1, a kicker 800.4, 2 profile mono amps @ 450W rms @ 2 Ohms, a MTX Audio Thunder1501DR, which of these would be good to run the subs with. also would i need a power cap, larger alt., etc... A guy also told me that the jbl was too much to push those subs with. he works at advanced audio here. he tried to sell me a jbl 600.1 for like $150 more that what i was going to pay for 1200.1 |

Well I run a bp 1200.1 on my L7's and they match up perfectly but I know it would be too much power for L5's. Fot the money that jbl 600 would sound nice on those subs and it would give a lil more power than than it says go to www.cardomain.com an look in there amp section they have that amp at a reasonable price.
Try this site for an alternator www.4alterstart.com there price are cheaper but if they dont have one for your car check out www.mralternator.com good luck |
