I am thinking about getting a soundstream pic2.600 amp. This amp will be pushing 2 compvr 10 subs. Is this amp any good or is there any better amp for around 200-250 dollars i can buy to power these subs. |

i am using a pic 880 running two orion p12d4's and it is very good for the money,(especially if off ebay)but you could get a better soundtream van gogh( which are very clean power) or xta for less off of ebay. but good working old school stuff off of ebay will run it great. look for orion early mid nineties, us amp, ppi. but I have been using this pic 880 at 2 ohm stereo and it make my subs thump. it puts out what it is supposed to and the power is clean. especially for the price. if not go old school on ebay for a good price and quality if you don't know much about amp. do some searching about amp ratings such as thd, damping, s/n ratio |

that'd be a much better choice than "sound storm" which was a cheap attempt to fool people by name similarity.
