I have a V12 Series Alpine amplifier and i have 2 12" Diamond subs hooked on to it. Well recently i was bumping them pretty loud and suddenly i heard a sort of crack it's wasn't loud whatsoever but just enough to hear and my subs stopped working. I went to check my amp. and the Power light is on but the music light and the ( i think ) protection ones are off, (when it was working all 3 of them were on). I know it's not the subs cuz i tried different ones on it and it doesn't work, does anyone have any idea what could be the problem. |

I have the same amp MRD-M501; I have never had a problem with it though. I don't think my protection lights are ever on either... |

i did the wire one seems to be fine but the fuse on the amp seems to kinda have signs of being a bit fried....but i would guess it still works because the ends are still connected. |

If it has any signs of being fried it may be, replace it! |
