just installed a sony amp with two RF subs. amp turns on with power-on lead but no sound (get green light on amp). All fuses ok. Was using speaker level inputs and have tried line level converter to low level inputs..nothing. Check high level speaker inputs by hooking directly to subs and get sound..played with gains and xover but nothing works...how can I test the amp? |

Hey Zacch, I agree with badAzz Sony sucks and you shouldn't really support that greedy company. Anyways have you tried putting a load on the rca connector of the amp? Get anything with a sound to test it. If that works then your line level converter is probably not working right. By your description, the amp looks ok so try that.
