depends on the load.
if each sub is a single 4 ohm coil speaker, the mono amp will be best.

Well how would you connect a mono amp? Does'nt that mean it has one channel? Cause i am lookin for a good amp to buy to power my Kicker L15 12" solo barics that have 600 RMS, and are Dual 2 voice coil. How would a mono amp be connected to both of them subs?

wire the coils in series, and subs in parallel to the amp.
if you have no idea what that means, consider taking your car to a shop and having a trained installer do the work.

Thanks GlassWolf for the help. How much power would two subs get a piece if a mono amp says it puts out 600Wx1? Also what does monoblock mean?

x1 would indicate a monoblock amp (1 channel)
as opposed to a stereo, 2 channel amp

if the amp puts out 600 watts, it'd give 300 each to the subs

the JBL bp1200.1 for $200 on cardomain.com would work ideally for the two S12L5 subs
