I happened to get this crossover when I bought an amp on ebay. I was thinking about using it but I have no idea how to use one. I am working on getting a 5.25" component set for my front doors and already have a brahma mkII 12" sub. My HU has a crossover for the sub outs already so I don't need it for them, and my HU also has outputs for front and rear. Does this make a crossover unnecessary or should I still use it for my fronts and possibly rear speakers * if I don't just pull them out entirely*.

you don't really need the 4XS with the 3 preouts from the head unit.
It's a great little XO though. I almost bought a 6XS a while back.
I just bought two EQTs last night.
Audiocontrol makes terrific signal processing.
I am now eyeing their $400 190dB SPL meter hehe
what I'd really love is their full RTA.

If ya want the 4XS manual, go to audiocontrol.com then mobile audio, then products, then crossovers, then to the 4XS listing (its a current model) and download the PDF manual.
