I have my 4 channel amp already installed, and I have it all ran using the RF dual amp kit, do I just connect the second set of rca's to the line in on the mono amp i'm planning? or do i run another set from the subwoofer out on the hu... i would think running it to the other amp would be fine as long as the settings are correct on the amp, no? if you know of a site w/an tutorial / explanation of this it would be appreciated... thanks a ton.

run a set of RCA lines from the sub outs of the stereo to the amp.
