hello

i am about to pick up 2 type-r's should i get 2ohm or 4ohm one and what amp should i get am confused about the power i should put to them and the diff between 2ohm n 4ohm

this will entirely depend on what amp(s) you want to drive the subs.

two type R subs will work with 600-1,000 watts total.
using a mono amp, you'll want two single coil 4 ohm subs, or two dual 2 ohm coil subs..
I forget which way those come.
