my Clarion DZX645MP is givin me hell it shuts off and on only during the morning when I drive my brother to school it works properly but during the time he gets out before I leave when I start the car it won't turn on??? what could it be?

oh and I noticed this a copule of weeks ago it was hot out and I turned my AC on it came on then shut off my suspictions is heat and if I have the Ac on for about 10 min it starts to turn off and on then eventuly stay on even the slightest bump shuts it off if im driving without the AC on.

sounds like a cold solder joint on a PCB in the head unit. it's making intermittant contact as it warms up or cools down.
nothing you can do about that. get it repaired or replaced.
under warranty if possible.
make sure your wiring behind the radio is all solid first though.

if there is an exposed wire that is being subjected to heat could it be shutting it off?

exposed as in no shielding or anything?
electrical tape or heat shrink tubing.
it may be shorting.

*Update*
Well I think I might have fixed the problem it was a loose fuse it wasn't makin good contact in the fuse box maybe it will stop actin' stupid now.
