it says 400 watts rms at 4 ohms mono.
is this accurate? and do their amps put out clean power? |

it is an accurate rating, I'm sure.
I'm not that fond of audiobahn for their design (internal and external) and for their lack of reliability.
your money would be better spent elsewhere.
