Looking for help from all you experts out there. I recently purchased MB Quart Reference component speakers (RCE 216) and MB Quart two way speakers (DKE 116). I have a Pioneer amp to push them, however, it is only rated at 35Wx4. I was looking at their website and the reccomeended range is 50W-130W for both types of speakers. Is 35W per speaker not good enough to push these speakers to full potential. If not what would be the optimal wattage per speaker. Also would there be a huge sound quality difference between say 50W and 103W per speaker. I need help in understanding these powering issues. Please help, thanks in advance.

if you want decent response, especially for midbass, you'll want adequate power.
look at an amp like the Kicker 800.4 or 600.4 rated for 100w x 4 and 75w x 4 respectively as solutions for those components.
both amplifiers are reasonably priced, too.
