Im thinkn about 2 kicker comp VR 12s they are 4ohm subs and i want to run them off a JBL 600.2 and run 300watts@2ohm to each sub...is this possible even though they are 4 ohm subs and how will it affect them?

the load that you are puting on the amplifier will eqill 2 ohms from your 2-4ohm subs, and if i am correct, jbl can handle 1 ohm loads, so you should have no problem, just be sure to bridge the speakers to the amp

1 ohm loads are only possible on the BP series monoblock class D amps.
you'd be better off with the JBL bp600.1 with two 4 ohm subs
other option is to get two of the 2 ohm versions and use your 600.2

if the CVR subs you have are the dual 2 ohm coil models, you'll have two 4 ohm subs (coils in series)
the two bridged 180.2 amps would be fine for those. one amp per sub.
