im 16 and i just got my first car system installed its nothing special but its my first , 2 Kicker comp 10s Kenwood deck and a ?Blackmaxx? 1000watt amp. for some reason the amp keeps going into protection and i think it has something to do with the wiring there is room for two subs but the subs are sharing one + and one - is this called bridged?? anywayz its over heating like crazy and i thought thats the cause of loss of power i rewired it today 1+1+1-1- but it sounds weaker i think i should just get a better amp its runin on 8 gauge wire any amp suggestions? Im thinking of just buyin a KX600.1 will that work for me or should i fix this?
