i have a kicker 15" cvr in the trunk of my car...i had alot of toilet paper in my trunk for TPing purposes and i think some might have falen in front of my sub, because now like when the volume is turned down, the sub makes a weird almost crackling noise, but when i turn it up, i dont hear it...it still hits hard and sounds pretty much the same when i have it cranked, but when it is lower, it makes kind of a crackling noise any ideas? |

is this with radio or the cd player or both? I had the same problem and come to find out it was only when the radio was being played, and it was the antenaa connection. |

sorry Andy, I haven't a clue then. I sounds as if it is a connection of some sort. I would just check everything out. even the sub itself. If nothing else, take it to the local shop and have them look. It shouldn't cost that much, if anything for them to look. talk to em also, maybe they can give you some ideas. |
