i have just bought two 12" Cerwing Vega V-max subs, i am really new to all of this car audio stuff and i have no idea what kind of amp that i need. Here is the site with all the information on the subs that i have

If you want to go an inexpensive route you can try and get a used JBL BP600.1 off Ebay.

If you'd like a new amp I listened to this one on a pair of Eclipse hybrids and was pretty impressed.

This amp is discontinued and is probably your best deal on a new item. People say that Soundstream is not what it used to be since the company was sold but this is a fairly older design. I have a Rubicon 300/2 and am completely satisfied with its performance. It sounds great on my MB Quart Q's and will push my 10w3d2's at a fairly good clip as well.

There's plenty of other good reasonably priced amps out there like Kicker, etc. which I'm sure others can recommend. These are just the ones I'm most familiar with.

Oh don't just automatically assume those are the best prices. I didn't spend any time looking for the best deal. Try some other places like Woofers Etc and Millionbuy.com.

I've got two jbl subs and a 1000watt jbl car amp and I'd like to connect them to my home stereo could you please help me out and explain in detail how I should go about powering the car amp? Thanks
